Electric motor is about 56dB, and quiet motor is around 45-48dB. It may be varied depending on the installation sites (concrete walls or wooden decorations etc.).

1. Does circuit distribution have to be done in advance?

3. Is the motorized system expensive? What’s the price range?
According to different window coverings and motorized systems, there will be an extra cost of NTD 4,000~NTD 21,000 per unit. A remote control is NTD1,000/ pc.
Among all motorized systems, the most cost-effective one is SIMPLE PULL. No circuit distribution and remote control required. An entry-level motorized system for petite bourgeoisies!

4. Can my blind/shade/curtain move when there is a blackout?

There are electrical circuits connecting to motors, so when there is a power failure, the motor stops working.

Yes☛ Rechargeable battery motor& Simple Pull
Batteries are installed in the operation systems, so the operation of blinds/shades/ curtains can work as usual when there is enough power in the battery. A power failure won’t cause any problem.
5. Is curtain box a must for motorized blinds/shades/curtains？
Curtain boxes are not necessary! The outlooks would be slightly different for varied motorized systems.

A section of wire will be extended outside the right or left side of headrail. Other than that, the outlook are just the same as non-motorized blinds/shades/ curtains! If there is not a curtain box, a beam or other decorations to cover the headrail, the only consideration is to adorn the sides and wires.
☛ Rechargeable-battery motor & Simple Pull
Batteries and motors are not exposed outside and installed in the headrails.
No wires exposed in the surroundings either. The outlooks/ styles and installations are the same as non-motorized blinds/shades/ curtains.
6. Size limit for motorized blinds/shades/curtains？
Motorized blinds/shades/ curtains are suitable for the most window types in every household. Besides the length and the width of window coverings, the weight of each different blind/shade is also another factor affecting the feasibility of installing motorized systems.
Therefore, if the window width is too wide, it is suggested to split the width into smaller sizes and install each blind/shade side by side, so that the wearing rates of parts and accessories can be reduced.

2. Some motorized systems can’t work if there is a power cut.
Electric motors and quiet motors, just like refrigerators and televisions, should be equipped with electrical circuits; therefore, if there is a blackout, they would just stop working.
3.When the motorized system breaks down, your blinds and shades can’t work while waiting for maintenance.
It may take little patience to wait if motorized blinds/shades are happened to be broken. A short amount of waiting time exchanges for convenience in the future.
